Delete your account
You can delete your Hibi account and its associated data at any time, straight from the app or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent.
From the app (recommended)
- Open Hibi and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account) at the bottom.
- Type the word “supprimer” to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to consulting.liminal@gmail.com from your account’s email address. We process it within 30 days and confirm once it’s done.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently erases from our servers:
- your account (email address, name, preferences);
- your progress, streak and statistics;
- your favorites and your session history;
- your notification tokens.
What is not affected
Deleting your account does not cancel your Hibi+ subscription. Until you cancel it in your App Store (or Google Play) settings, it keeps being billed. Cancel it separately, before or after deletion.
Some billing data may be retained by Apple, Google and our subscription provider, as well as by us to meet our legal and accounting obligations. For details, see our privacy policy.
